My Mission
To help organizations strengthen culture, communication, and engagement across dispersed workforces by delivering practical, data-informed, and empathetic communication strategies that drive adoption, connection, and performance.
My Story
I’m a communications and employee relations leader with over 20 years of experience helping organizations connect with their people in meaningful, lasting ways. I’ve led internal communications and culture strategy for companies such as Columbia Distributing, Nike, and Papa Murphy’s International, supporting thousands of employees across decentralized, deskless workforces.
Throughout my career, I’ve seen firsthand how clear, empathetic communication can transform workplace culture, boost engagement, and build trust from the frontlines to the C-suite. I’m Prosci-certified in change management and passionate about crafting messaging that resonates - whether it’s launching a new initiative, navigating a merger, or celebrating employee achievements.
I’ve also had the privilege of serving on the Oregon & SW Washington Area Board of Directors for the American Cancer Society since 2010, including three years as Board Chair. That experience deepened my commitment to purpose-driven work and community impact.
After years of leading communications from inside large organizations, I felt called to create something of my own - something nimble, creative, and deeply aligned with my values. That’s why I started Lindsi Taylor Shrock Consultancy. I want to help HR, sales, and operations leaders build cultures where people feel informed, included, and inspired. I believe that great communication isn’t just about what you say - it’s about how it makes people feel.
I live in Woodland, Washington, with my husband, two dogs, and two cats, and I’m a proud stepmom to two amazing grown kids. When I’m not working, you’ll find me traveling, camping, cooking, crafting, or running relays with family & friends. These moments remind me why connection matters and why I love helping organizations build it from the inside out.
